Halloween night sky 2020: Rare 'Blue Moon' shines with Mars, Jupiter and Saturn

Skies will be mainly clear on Saturday night (Oct. 31) across the contiguous United States, as costumed kids arrive at the door looking for candy or some other Halloween treat.
